Corporate Training — frequently asked questions

We have gathered the questions we hear most often from prospective clients. If you do not find your answer here, feel free to reach out directly.

General questions

Programs range from a single half-day workshop to multi-month blended learning journeys. A typical leadership development track runs 8 to 12 weeks with weekly 90-minute sessions, while a focused skills workshop — such as presentation skills or Excel mastery — might be a full-day intensive. We always recommend scheduling a discovery call so we can recommend the right format and duration for your specific goals and constraints.

Absolutely. We deliver training in three formats: fully in-person at your location, fully virtual via platforms like Zoom or Microsoft Teams, and blended programs that combine live sessions with self-paced e-learning modules hosted on our learning management system. Virtual sessions are interactive and include breakout rooms, polls, digital whiteboards and real-time Q&A to keep participants engaged.

We work across a wide range of sectors including healthcare, financial services, technology, manufacturing, retail, non-profit and government. While the frameworks and methodologies we use are universal, we always customize examples, case studies and exercises to reflect the specific context and language of your industry. Our facilitators have direct experience in many of these sectors, which helps build credibility with participants from day one.

We use a multi-level evaluation model inspired by the Kirkpatrick framework. Level 1 measures participant satisfaction immediately after each session through feedback surveys. Level 2 assesses knowledge retention through quizzes or applied exercises. Level 3 evaluates behavioural change through manager observations and self-assessments at 30 and 60 days. Level 4 looks at business impact through agreed-upon KPIs — such as employee engagement scores, customer satisfaction ratings or productivity metrics — at the 90-day mark. You receive a comprehensive impact report at the end of each engagement.

Yes. We are fully bilingual and deliver all of our programs in both English and French. Materials — including slides, workbooks and handouts — are available in both languages. For mixed-language groups, we can arrange bilingual facilitation or parallel sessions to ensure every participant can engage comfortably in their preferred language.

Pricing and logistics

Pricing depends on the scope, duration, group size and delivery format of the program. We provide a detailed, itemized quote after our initial discovery conversation — there are no hidden fees. For ongoing partnerships, we offer volume discounts and annual retainer arrangements that can reduce per-session costs significantly. We are happy to work within your budget and can suggest phased approaches if needed.

For interactive workshops, we find that groups of 12 to 20 participants strike the best balance between rich discussion and individual attention. For larger audiences — up to 100 people — we can design keynote-style sessions supplemented by smaller breakout activities. Executive coaching and leadership intensives typically work best with groups of 6 to 10. We will recommend the optimal group size based on your learning objectives.

We recommend reaching out at least six to eight weeks before your desired start date. This gives us time to conduct a proper discovery phase, design customized content and coordinate logistics. For large-scale or multi-cohort programs, three to four months of lead time is ideal. That said, we understand that urgent needs arise — contact us and we will do our best to accommodate shorter timelines.

Yes. While our headquarters are in Quebec City, we regularly deliver in-person training across Canada — from Vancouver to Halifax. Travel and accommodation costs for engagements outside the Quebec City region are quoted separately and transparently. Virtual delivery eliminates travel costs entirely and is available to clients anywhere in the world.

Learning does not stop when the last session ends. We provide post-program support that includes access to digital resources, optional booster sessions at 30 and 90 days, and a comprehensive impact report with recommendations for continued development. Many of our clients choose to establish ongoing learning partnerships where we deliver quarterly refresher workshops or coach new cohorts as their teams grow.
